At UHiFi, every product we sell is sourced through authorized channels, which means every purchase is backed by the manufacturer's official warranty.

Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

Warranty terms vary by brand and product. The warranty period and coverage details for each product are listed on the respective product page. In general, manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What Is Not Covered

  • Physical damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear (cable fraying, ear tip degradation, etc.)
  • Damage caused by improper storage or exposure to liquids
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at support@uhifi.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We'll work with you and the manufacturer to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
