Kunlun 24-Bit R-2R DAC
At the heart of the EC Zero T lies Shanling's self-developed Kunlun ladder-resistor DAC. which replaces conventional Delta-Sigma chips with a network of precision resistors. This all-analog conversion delivers full 24-bit decoding. minimizes quantization distortion. and preserves the native dynamic range. resulting in a smooth. lifelike tonal character that stays true to the original recording.
Dual JAN6418 Tube Amplifier
Powering the headphone stage are two aerospace-grade JAN6418 micro-triodes—the same tubes found in our flagship M8T. Their characteristic even-order harmonic distortion gently enriches the midrange and treble with a natural tube warmth. adding depth and musical bloom without sacrificing clarity or precision.
Robust Headphone Output
A Texas Instruments TPA6120 amplifier chip provides ultra-low output impedance and high current drive. effortlessly powering both low- and high-impedance headphones. With up to 800 mW @ 32 Ω on the 4.4 mm balanced jack and 195 mW @ 32 Ω on 3.5 mm single-ended. you'll experience a punchy. noise-free performance and lightning-fast transient response.
